Effective May 1, 2023, MLS Rule 10.5 will be removed from the MLS Rules: “Refusal to Sell. If the seller of any listed property filed with the service refuses to accept a written offer satisfying the terms and conditions stated in the listing, such fact shall be transmitted immediately to the service and to all Participants and Subscribers.”

Paragon MLS Enhancement Release 5.94 on March 29
Property Search Agent and Office Field Auto-Complete: We have made changes to all property search Agent dropdown fields so that they now display the agent’s user code and whether the agent is inactive. The list will sort by first and last name, then status with the active agents appearing first.
Statistical Reports – Market Activity by Location: Market Activity by Zip and Month report has been upgraded to allow users to group the report results by other location fields besides zip/postal code.
Paragon Connect – Listing Maintenance: While viewing your published listings with the listing maintenance module, you can now use the overflow menu on each listing to pull up the full listing detail report. This allows you to quickly examine the listing information.

Daylight Savings time is here, bringing you longer days and more sunlight to show your clients listings! Although the time changed on your clocks, they didn’t change on your lockboxes.
The default showing time for all Supra lockboxes during Daylight Savings time is 8am to Midnight. If the showing hours for a lockbox were programmed for a specific time, those hours are now one hour later than the original programmed time (8am to 8pm becomes 9am to 9pm).
Supra Support is available seven days a week from 5am to 7pm at 877.699.6787.
