Marketing Meeting Toursheets

Broker’s Tour sheets can be found via this link: (login required) under “Resource Library” in your “Bay East Portal” by 9am the morning of the tour or by logging into the MLS and running the search individually. For assistance with obtaining a tour sheet, please contact our tech support team at (925) 730-7100. 

To ensure your property appears on the Tour Sheet, please add “Tour” to your listing in Paragon no later than 2pm the day before the Tour.

Bay East does not sponsor, endorse, or in any manner affiliate with any tour of properties that may be on the market. To the extent there are tours of properties that are on the market and may be listed in the MLS, those tours are arranged, conducted and the sole responsibility of the listing Participant / Subscriber. Bay East does not accept responsibility for any aspect of the tour process and all questions or concerns must be directed solely to the listing Participant / Subscriber.
