The innovative NORCAL MLS Alliance project involving seven leading Northern California MLSs launched on January 20, 2021. MLS Reciprocal Access expanded, enabling you to access listing information for Bay East, BAREIS, bridgeMLS, Contra Costa, MetroList, MLSListings, and San Francisco, all within the Paragon MLS system.
Project highlights:
- Single Point of Entry: Listings entered in Paragon MLS will be displayed automatically in each MLS named above.
- Single Search Point: Search listing data throughout the 22 counties covered by these MLSs, all within Paragon MLS.
- Create CMAs, Auto Email, and Save Searches for clients, including the expanded data using Paragon MLS System.
We also have Single Sign On (SSO) access to MLS down South and Boise Idaho MLS; these are “READ ONLY” access.

New Home Source Professional is a large collection of new home listings available. Think of it as an MLS for new home developers. ListTrac is a tool that provides you information about how your listings are performing in the MLS, IDX sites, and real estate portals. It provides you with statistics on how often your listings are viewed, shared on social media, generated leads, and other information. You can receive a weekly email newsletter summarizing the performance of your listings for the previous week, and also have access to an online dashboard where you can get current listing metrics. Using the online dashboard, you can activate a Sellers Report that shows your client how their listing is performing online.
Why are you doing this?
We wanted to provide brokers with a tool to better understand their listings’ activity online. ListTrac provides you with several tools including:
- An understanding of the activity (or lack of activity) on your listings compared to similar listings. This information can be used to determine if you may need to discuss price changes or other updates to the property.
- A way to better understand the impact of price changes or other updates to the listing’s online activity.
- The ability to provide feedback to your clients on how their listing is performing online, including a Sellers Report that you can choose to send to the seller.
- Reporting that lets you see the value received from the MLS system, IDX sites, and real estate portals.
- A summary of how often your listings are being viewed, shared, and saved.

Bay East Housing Market ReportsBay East Housing Market Reports include information about the supply of homes for sale, sales prices and sales activity for local real estate markets in the East Bay. Bay East releases these reports around the fifth business day of the month. Access these reports by going to the Community Info page and click on the city you are interested in.
rDesk Community Reports provide a rich assortment of reports for any community of interest. Information includes data on housing, people, economy, schools, environment, and quality of life. Access rDesk from the Resources menu in Paragon.
