The innovative NORCAL MLS Alliance project involving seven leading Northern California MLSs launched on January 20, 2021. MLS Reciprocal Access expanded, enabling you to access listing information for Bay East, BAREIS, bridgeMLS, Contra Costa, MetroList, MLSListings, and San Francisco, all within the Paragon MLS system.

Project highlights:

Listing syndication is a method of advertising whereby Broker Must Opt-In to send firm listing information to a wide variety of websites, mobile apps, and print publications to reach diverse consumers searching for properties to buy.

ListHub allows brokers to have control of their internet marketing by sending their office listings to real estate search websites. Bay East has arranged for brokers to have the ability to opt-in for posting their listings. All you have to do is register.

• Go to ListHub
• Click “Create Account.”
• Follow the on-screen instructions
• When your account is created, click “Channels” and select from the channels available.
• CAUTION: We recommend that you do not use the “select all” button until you have reviewed the list of all Primary and Secondary channels it will go to.
• Find your listings online within 72 hours!

Starting January 9, 2023, Brokers have the ability to allow the office’s Lease Rental listings to be syndicated to Zillow Rental. This agreement between Bay East MLS and Zillow Rentals increases the visibility of rental listings.  Rental listings will not be automatically syndicated; the control is in the hand of the Broker to opt in.

Steps to complete the Opt-In agreement

1. Brokers log into Paragon MLS

2. Under the Resource Tab, within Listing Syndication section, click on Zillow Rental Opt-In

3. Once logged in, click “Create a new agreement”

Bay East Housing Market Reports include information about the supply of homes for sale, sales prices and sales activity for local real estate markets in the East Bay. Bay East releases these reports around the fifth business day of the month. Access these reports by going to the Community Info page and click on the city you are interested in.
