How to Make a Buyer’s Tour Presentation – Learn how to make a professional presentation to give to your buyers as you take them out to show homes. Geared towards first time homebuyers, you can win your clients with a customizable print out educate them on the home buying process.
The Selling Process – Learn what steps to take once you’ve gotten your first listing! From putting the listing into the MLS, to finally changing the status to SOLD, this course provides an explanation of what you can and cannot do during each stage.
Basics of zipForms – This is an introduction to using zipForms. Learn how to make templates for buyers and sellers to minimize your time inputting repeated information, how to find forms you need for your transactions, and how to create a folder for each client.
