As a real estate licensed broker and owner of Stonecrest Lending in Oakley, CA she has helped hundreds of veterans achieve the dream of homeownership.
She is a leading voice for supporting veterans and programs recognizing their service and sacrifice and is committed to correcting and changing the perception among many veterans and even some realtors that VA home loans are too complicated or troublesome.
Laura has worked tirelessly over the last several years educating and informing veterans how to understand and take advantage of this valuable homeownership program. She has realized that many realtors want this same kind of information to help their clients succeed with a VA loan.
As a result of this discovery, Laura has developed this workshop to teach realtors the steps, they need to take in order to succeed with veteran buyers who use their VA home loan benefit.
