Mony Nop
Mony is a survivor of the Killing Fields of Cambodia, a former Livermore Police Officer of 17 years, a top producing Realtor for over 12 years at Compass, who is known as the #givingbackrealtor. Mony recently authored the children’s book Officer M.N.O.P and Me—How Police Officers Serve the Community On and Off Duty” and founded two nonprofit organizations–Rising Young Leaders, focused on youth leadership, and is the co-founder of Tri-Valley Nonprofit Alliance–dedicated to strengthening the community by supporting local nonprofits.
Mony has been featured on CBS Early Show and ABC Extreme Make Over-Home Edition for his community service. Some of his awards include the Good Neighbors Award from Bay East Association of Realtors in 2014, the Good Neighbors Award from National Association of Realtors in 2017, the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Legacy Award in 2018 and the St. Mary’s College Meritorious Service Award in 2019.

Camila Arri-Nudo
Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Camila has lived in the East Bay since 2001. She holds a BA in International Relations and a BS in Psychology from Linfield University. She has worked in sales since 2014, and has also had stints in digital marketing as well as AI startups. She specializes in increasing client retention, repeat business, and providing impactful action steps so agents can implement their learnings same-day.
When not working with clients or teaching, you can find Camila watching movies with her husband and their cats, Rex & Odin. She enjoys traveling, dystopian fiction, and finding cities’ best mojitos with her best friend & business partner, Danika Grady
