Ron Chin is the author of the book How to Build an In-Law Unit in California: Your Essential Guide. He decided to write the book after completing a challenging ADU project on his property in Fremont. He began writing professionally when he worked for PeopleSoft as a curriculum developer, and later as a technical writer. He currently is a realtor with Realty World.

She is a leading voice for supporting veterans and programs recognizing their service and sacrifice and is committed to correcting and changing the perception among many veterans and even some realtors that VA home loans are too complicated or troublesome.
Laura has worked tirelessly over the last several years educating and informing veterans how to understand and take advantage of this valuable homeownership program. She has realized that many realtors want this same kind of information to help their clients succeed with a VA loan.
As a result of this discovery, Laura has developed this workshop to teach realtors the steps, they need to take in order to succeed with veteran buyers who use their VA home loan benefit.

Bobbi Decker
Bobbi Decker started her career with a scholarship as one of the first women graduates from Boston College. She was the first coach of the New England Patriots Cheerleading squad and taught high school biology and chemistry. Teaching has been in her DNA ever since. Being an instructor for Anthony’s Real Estate School and the chairperson of multiple committees as well as directorships for her local Real Estate Association and the National Association of REALTORS®(NAR). She also co-produced and hosted three local television shows, a radio program on the Wall Street Business Network and had a newspaper column for six years in the San Francisco Examiner. These efforts all gave the same energy and competencies to informing and educating the consumer as well as REALTORS®. The insights and depth of knowledge derived from these efforts and her continuing high levels of performance as an active Realtor/Associate Broker adds substantial value in the delivery of the nine NAR courses she is certified to teach. Her most recent acknowledgments are that she is a member of the Real Trends 2018 top 1% of REALTORS® and has launched an entirely new course for NAR called “Marketing Strategies & Lead Generation.”

Tim is the co-founder of VirtualTourCafe, a real estate virtual tour, photography, and marketing service for real estate agents in every state from New York to Hawaii.
Tim has over 40 years of sales, marketing, and photography experience. Tim is a native Californian and grew up in San Mateo. He has been a guest host twice on the QVC Television show and is a two-time best-selling author on Amazon. Tim has been a contributing writer and quoted in RISMedia and RETechnology and has had articles published in Real Estate Magazine.
Tim enjoys public speaking, writing, travel, photography, scuba diving and golf.

Mony Nop
Mony is a survivor of the Killing Fields of Cambodia, a former Livermore Police Officer of 17 years, a top producing Realtor for over 12 years at Compass, who is known as the #givingbackrealtor. Mony recently authored the children’s book Officer M.N.O.P and Me—How Police Officers Serve the Community On and Off Duty” and founded two nonprofit organizations–Rising Young Leaders, focused on youth leadership, and is the co-founder of Tri-Valley Nonprofit Alliance–dedicated to strengthening the community by supporting local nonprofits.
Mony has been featured on CBS Early Show and ABC Extreme Make Over-Home Edition for his community service. Some of his awards include the Good Neighbors Award from Bay East Association of Realtors in 2014, the Good Neighbors Award from National Association of Realtors in 2017, the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Legacy Award in 2018 and the St. Mary’s College Meritorious Service Award in 2019.
