Supra Support
Supra offers a variety of support options for your Supra eKEY, XpressKEY, and lockboxes. Supra support is available 7 days a week between the hours of 5:00 AM and 7:00 PM by calling (877) 699-6787 (the phone number is also located on the back of your Supra KEY or eKEY Fob).
Members can also obtain authorization codes directly from the Supra website.

Cooperating Key Application & Instructions/Lockbox Policies & Procedures
All SupraKEY programming is completed remotely. You can submit the Bay East Cooperating Key application and a Letter of Good Standing from your primary MLS to memberservices@bayeast.org for processing. A representative will contact you directly for payment once your completed forms are received. For more information you can contact our Member Services department at 925.730.4060.
