Meet Our Instructors
Camila Arri-Nudo
Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Camila has lived in the East Bay since 2001. She holds a BA in International Relations and a BS in Psychology from Linfield University. She has worked in sales since 2014, and has also had stints in digital marketing as well as AI startups. She specializes in increasing client retention, repeat business, and providing impactful action steps so agents can implement their learnings same-day.
Cheryl McCarthy
Cheryl McCarthy is the Alameda Reverse Mortgage specialist and speaker. She assists homeowners in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, ages 62 years and older achieve the retirement of their dreams. She is a trusted resource in banking and finance for over 30 years, In 2015 she left a major bank to offer reverse mortgages exclusively. As a Reverse Mortgage Advisor with Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage, Cheryl has found her ‘forever’ job, helping one family at a time.
Daniela Lungu
Daniela Lungu devotes her law practice to asset protection through estate planning. Ms. Lungu’s goal is to provide her clients the most personalized legal services possible, in a friendly and approachable way. Like many attorneys, before opening her own law firm, Ms. Lungu was a highly accomplished businesswoman, in various areas of management and areas of specialty. Additionally, her mediation and conciliation practice spanning over two decades in California, assisted her in transition into law and allows her to offer a safe and comfortable experience for her clients to discuss their utmost concerns. Each client is provided an individually tailored estate plan, geared to meet goals and concerns.
Jill Morisson
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Jill Morisson spent the next 10 years working exclusively in sales and marketing. During her time in Title and Mortgage, she met with more than 350 real estate agents and loan officers to discuss their marketing strategies. Developing those marketing plans helped Jill build a unique skill for customizing strategies based on each salesperson’s personality and sales approach. She believes there is a direct correlation between sales goals and marketing strategy, and Jill specializes in helping clients create actionable plans to accomplish both.
Martha Echols
Martha Echols was a branch manager for several large banks before becoming a Reverse Mortgage Advisor 16 years ago. Her goal is to help seniors & boomers live more comfortably now and prepare for the future. Martha lives in Pleasant Hill and serves Central Contra Costa county and communities to the east. Much of her business comes from Rossmoor, the 55+ active adult community in Walnut Creek. Both Cheryl and Martha are recipients of the Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage President’s Club award.
Randi DeHollander
Ricky Walters
Ricky Walters is a well-respected mortgage broker consultant in the Pleasanton/East Bay Area. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Kansas. Ricky enjoys volunteering time in the community and has served 5 years as a Marine Corps Artillery Officer. Camping, mountain biking, and spending quality time with his family are amount his favorite activities.
