Violation Count and Fine
1st – Courtesy Call
2nd – $200 Violation
3rd – $300 Violation
4th – $400 Violation + $200 Admin fee & Class

Violation #2

Rule 7.5 Mandatory Submission & #7.6 Seller Exclusion

Once a Listing Agreement has been signed the Listing Agent has up to 3 days to:
1)Enter the listing on the MLS as a “New” Listing (Days on MLS begin to count)
2)If the listing is going to be “off market”, possibly submitted as a Coming Soon Listing the Listing Agent must submit the SELM/Waiver form to the MLS within 3 days.

1st – Courtesy Call
2nd -$300 Violation + MLS Class
3rd – $500 Violation + MLS Class
4th-$1000 Violation + $200 Admin fee & Class

Rule 10.2 Report of Sales
*Sale Not Reported within 3 Day After Close of Escrow
*Pending Sale Not Reported within 3 day after Ratification of Sales Contract
