Join us for an exclusive virtual session exploring Cambodia’s fast-growing real estate market and expanding global investment opportunities.

This dynamic discussion will feature industry leaders including Sorn Seap, Chairman of Juwai Cambodia and President of the Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA); Yoshinori Takita, Chair of NAR Global; Former NAR Global Ambassador for Cambodia based in New York City; James Whitehead, representative for developer Tanichu Assetment Co., Ltd. with J Tower 3 luxury condos selling in Phnom Penh and a Cambodia-based real estate professional with over a decade of market and investment expertise; and Vireak VA, Cambodia’s first Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), specializing in cross-border investment strategies.

Together, they will provide valuable insights into Cambodia’s evolving property landscape, with a strong focus on Phnom Penh as a prime destination for international investors.

The session will cover current market trends, condo investment opportunities, buyer behavior, and how Cambodia compares to other regional markets. Attendees will also gain practical knowledge on navigating cross-border transactions, including legal considerations for foreign buyers, financing, tax implications, risk management, and the full property buying process.

In addition, the panel will address key investor questions such as remote purchasing, setting up bank accounts, fund remittance, and visa options for those considering relocation or investment-based residency.

While touching on lifestyle benefits, the discussion will remain focused on the factors that matter most to real estate investors seeking strong returns and long-term growth.

Whether you are a real estate professional, seasoned investor, or exploring Southeast Asia for the first time, this session offers actionable insights to help you confidently evaluate and capitalize on one of the region’s most compelling emerging markets.
