Bay East Offices and Tech Support will be closed Monday (Feb 16) in observance of Presidents’ Day.

Starting Jan 1, 2026, the City of Alameda is requiring the installation of gas shut-off valves within 90 days of the close of escrow.   A revised City of Alameda Purchase Agreement Addendum is available for REALTOR members here and will be available on ZipForms soon.  Questions?
