June is LGBTQIA+ Pride month and is a time to highlight the history of working towards societal acceptance and equal rights. There are many events going on to celebrate, show your support and educate, but did you know that the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance offers an Ally certification course?

Do you know you can create your own templates on CloudCMA?  

When you are on the customize module, click on “template” on the upper right-hand corner, select “Save As Template” and give it a name. This template can be a one-pager or a Buyer Packet with many moving articles.

Next time you are putting together a moving packet for another buyer, just click on the name of that template and you are all set.   

Did you know that violating an MLS Rule can also violate the NAR Code of Ethics? 

Breeching certain MLS Rules could also mean you violated the Code of Ethics. For example, MLS Rule 12.10 prohibits MLS users from using False or Misleading Advertising and Representations both on and off the MLS. Article 12 requires the same things of REALTOR® members.
