Bay East Offices and Tech Support will be unavailable remotely on Monday (May 30) in observance of Memorial Day.
Month: May 2022
Bay East has launched the new Member Engagement System!
The new system will enhance data security and technical support, allow members to create and maintain a personal Member Dashboard, increase collaboration amongst members, and make it easier to pay bills and access receipts. Our current system is over 30 years old, and we are excited to improve members’ online experience with a new, user-friendly system that is easy to navigate.
Your customizable Member Dashboard will provide access to the following:
· Member Profile: upload a picture, change contact information, add a website or social media links
· Pay bills
· View or download receipts
· Access committee information and documents
Members will receive an email with a link directing to the Bay East website that will instruct them to type in their email and click “Forgot Password”. Members will then receive an automatic “Reset Your Password” email to the email address entered, which will allow them to reset their password to create the account. All members will be required to go through this process to update their password.
(Note: MLS Subscribers, this will not affect your Paragon password.)
We will be communicating additional information about the new Member Engagement System in the coming weeks.
Please be patient with us during this major transition.
If you have general questions about the new Member Engagement System please email info@bayeast.org.
