For the 2024/2025 billing period, membership dues and fees at Bay East will be adjusted in line with the Consumer Price Index. Bay East truly values our members, and we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional member experience.
The Bay East membership includes relevant, valuable services, such as breaking news about the industry, and real estate market trends, MLS technical support, computer repair, professional headshots, education, and networking opportunities to help you adapt to changing market conditions and succeed as a real estate professional. REALTOR® membership may be renewed on the Bay East website via the Member Portal starting mid-May.

The REALTOR® Achievement Club is an awards program designed to recognize Bay East REALTORS®, who have closed more than $4.25 million in residential and/or commercial sales/listings or ten transactions for the year.
Certificates will be available to download on Tuesday, February 20.
How to get your certificate:
- Log in to the My Bay East Portal
- Click on “About Me” tab
- Scroll down to “Achievement Club” Panel
- On the Certificate column, click on the Arrow to download your Achievement Club Certificate.
If you feel that you should be placed in a different category and have sales not generated from the Paragon MLS, you will have until Monday, March 18, 2024, to send in backup documentation such as a HUD-1 or a letter from your broker to Member Services.
