This release introduces a more seamless way to access Paragon Connect listing workflows directly from within Paragon.

  • Listing Input Module: A new workflow to Paragon Connect within the LISTINGS module.
  • Extended Remarks in Spreadsheet: View and compare more listing details directly in spreadsheet view, making it easier to analyze large datasets without leaving the experience.
  • Enhanced Agent Listing Preview Email: Agents can now get a richer, more visual snapshot of listing activity directly from the Agent Listing Preview email.
  • Listing Inventory Dashboard: The Listing Inventory dashboard now provides a more insightful starting point with additional default widgets, helping agents quickly understand listing performance and priorities from day one.
  • Print Listing Details: Create a polished PDF of any listing without leaving Collaboration Center. The new Print option provides a simple and intuitive way to generate professional listing documents in just a few clicks.

Bay East is proud to join the National Association of Realtors® in recognizing Realtor Volunteer Days, from May 30th through June 7th.

This special week is an opportunity to celebrate the meaningful service Realtors® provide to uplift their communities encourage even more members to get involved. Whether you already volunteer with a local nonprofit, community organization, school, or neighborhood group, your time and effort make a real difference.

At Bay East, we want to highlight the many ways our members give back. If you currently volunteer, we’d love to feature you on our social media channels with a short spotlight about:

  • The organization you volunteer with
  • Why you chose to get involved
  • What you enjoy most about volunteering
  • How others can get involved too

Volunteering is one of the most powerful ways to strengthen our communities and make a lasting impact. If you’re already giving your time to a cause you care about, we invite you to share your story with us and help inspire other members to do the same.

Let’s celebrate the power of service and showcase the incredible ways Bay East members are making a difference!

We’d like to share an important update regarding the tool, HomeLight Listing Management System (formerly Disclosures.io). As part of our annual review of vendor agreements, a decision has been made not to renew this service offering.

  • Go to https://disclosures.io/auth/create-password-eastbay
  • Enter your email address and click Next

The California Department of Real Estate (DRE) is alerting consumers and licensees about scammers impersonating real estate agents and brokers online. These bad actors are using real names, license numbers, and photos to create fake websites, social media accounts, and listings in order to carry out fraudulent activities like property management and home sales.

Because these scams can appear legitimate, both consumers and real estate professionals are encouraged to stay cautious and verify identities before engaging in any transactions.

Managing access to your listings just got easier. Supra is rolling out its Single Access feature, and Bay East members will be able to take advantage of it soon.

What is Single Access?

Supra’s Single Access (part of the Managed Access Service) lets listing agents grant one-time, time-limited lockbox access to contractors, stagers, inspectors, appraisers, and out-of-area agents — all through the Supra eKEY app. No codes. No coordination headaches.

Who can receive Single Access?

Single Access may be granted to:

  • Out-of-area licensed real estate professionals who don’t have a Supra subscription
  • Non-licensed real estate service providers, including contractors, inspectors, stagers, appraisers, and unlicensed clerical staff

Single Access is not available to general consumers or potential buyers who are unaccompanied by a real estate agent.

How it works:

  • You grant access directly through the eKEY app using the person’s cell number
  • They receive a non-transferable credential on their smartphone — no code sharing
  • You set the access window with a specific start and end time, up to a maximum of 72 hours
  • Access can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance
  • The system logs who accessed the property, when, and for how long

What’s in it for you:

  • More control — you set the time window and can modify or cancel access at any time
  • Better security — no sharing codes, no call-before-showing workarounds
  • Less coordination — send a stager to one property and a plumber to another, all from the app
  • Peace of mind for your sellers — homeowners can receive end-of-showing notifications

Important: Your responsibilities as the issuing agent

Before granting Single Access, keep these MLS rules in mind:

  • Single Access may only be granted for an active Bay East MLS listing and for business purposes directly related to the sale or lease of the property
  • You must obtain written consent from the seller prior to any entry by authorized service providers
  • You are responsible for the conduct of anyone you grant access to, including any misuse or damage to the lockbox or property
  • Access logs may be reviewed by Bay East for compliance, and misuse may result in suspension or revocation of Single Access privileges

What your vendors need to do:

Once you send the invite, they’ll get a text from Supra with instructions to download the eKEY app, register, and use it to access the property with a 4-digit PIN.

Stay tuned — more details on availability are coming soon. Questions? Contact Bay East at memberservices@bayeast.org.

A new scam is targeting real estate professionals using fake social media profiles, specifically Instagram and TikTok, that impersonate agents and promote fraudulent rental listings. Scammers are using real names and photos to appear legitimate, then asking for deposits through apps like Zelle or Venmo.

If you spot an account impersonating you or your clients:

  • Notify your broker or manager immediately
  • Report the account to the social platform for impersonation
  • Document everything and consider filing a police report if needed

If a client is impacted, advise them to contact their bank right away, report the incident, and save all communication.
