ShowingTime Secure Access® leverages information from confirmed appointments to keep home access secure while also making it quick and simple for showing agents to access homes during their scheduled appointment time.

Listing agents will notice a Secure Access section on the listing detail page for them to select a window of 5 to 60 minutes. If the access window is set for 15 minutes, then access details (alarm information, location of the lockbox, etc) will only be visible for 15 minutes before the appointment window, during the appointment window and 15 minutes after.

Showing Agents need to use their ShowingTime app to see the secure access details during their scheduled appointment time. View step-by-step instructions and a video. If you have any questions, please contact MLS Tech Support at 925.730.7100.

Brokers and Agents, your ListHub reports and syndication controls can now be accessed through Realtor.com Pro dashboard as well. Log onto Paragon and access Realtor.com Pro right on the homepage or under the Resources tab.

Brokers will have the ability to manage their office Listing Syndication right within Realtor.com Pro. This new integration allows ListHub users to do just that by bringing the same set of business tools into a single experience.  Plus, brokers and agents will have access to activity reporting previously only available with a paid ListHub Pro subscription!

ADA Functionality + Bilingual Reporting (Spanish)

CRS Data recently made critical enhancements to expand reach and inclusion. These upgrades include ADA functionality improvements that will help members service those with disabilities by meeting the Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design (ADA) and providing a Spanish reporting option (email and print) so that users can better assist their Spanish-speaking clients.

Comparables

Coming soon this November CRS Tax will be rolling out innovative upgrades within Comparables! This enhancement project will provide you with new ways to view, edit and control how reports are generated within Comparables.
Here are just a couple of exciting changes to look forward to:

  • Ability to create CMA reports that can be printed, or serve as a digital presentation
  • Navigating a beautifully updated, user-friendly interface

A small percentage of ShowingTime text messages sent to customers are being rejected by their SMS carrier. ShowingTime is in contact with the carrier and we will update members as we receive updates.

Paragon Enhancements Highlights

  • Collaboration Center – Layers Control: A new layer icon was added to the bottom right navigation controls. This new icon replaces the “menu Options” button that was previously located on the map. This allows your clients to quickly enable any layer on the map. In addition, the parcel label is enabled by default. This will allow your clients to see parcel lines around properties when zoomed in on the map.
  • Collaboration Center – Reset button: A new reset button has been added to the Collaboration Center search bar. This reset option will allow a user to reset the property search back to the default criteria as when first opened. This way if you get lost or if you want to start your search over you can click the reset button
  • Collaboration Center – Price Range: Price slider is removed and replaced by a field that contains a min and max input boxes that the client can use to input their own price ranges. The top label has also been renamed to just say “Price”.
  • Paragon Connect – Auto Detect Login: Paragon and Paragon Connect both have their own login page, however, if you attempt to access Paragon from a mobile device, the auto detect page will appear. Prior to this release, the system would show you two options, do you want to access Paragon MLS or Paragon Connect? Rather than making these seem like two equal options, a new auto detect page was built to try to navigate mobile users towards Paragon Connect. You can still access your Paragon system by clicking the “Go to Paragon Desktop” link below the primary button. To provide your mobile members the best possible experience we are highlighting the Paragon Connect login.

As of Monday, September 13, 2021, Facebook will no longer be featuring rental listings via partner feeds on Facebook Marketplace. As a result, it is no longer featuring automatic feeds of rental data from partners like Homesnap. This was a unilateral decision by Facebook that Homesnap has no input or control over. 

We understand that Facebook Marketplace has been an important source of leads for members who share rental listings with the MLS. You can still manually share your lease rental  listings on Facebook Marketplace; so that you will continue to receive exposure and leads from Facebook.

Showing Beacon® is designed to give agents peace of mind while at a showing or meeting by offering a way to keep a contact informed of their status should they want to send an alert. This feature is available in the ShowingTime mobile app for ShowingTime for the MLS, ShowingTime Appointment Center and ShowingTime Front Desk users.

It’s a common occurrence in today’s low inventory, high demand market to have a flurry of showing activity in the first few days of a new listing. Getting an appointment can be nearly impossible.

With the new ShowingTime Waitlist feature, you can be notified when a new time slot opens if the time you want is unavailable. Watch this short video to learn how to be added to the Waitlist.

Map Layers Available in Paragon Connect

You are now able to access your favorite default mapping layers from any device! Making map search so much easier when you are on your mobile device

Multi-class Search in Paragon Connect

In this version of Paragon Connect you will have the ability to search across property classes with the Multi-Class search functionality at your fingertips. Just need to know either the MLS number or listing address and Paragon Connect will show you what property class that listing is listed in.
