The expanded MLS data share launched today, Jan. 20, 2021, involving seven MLSs and counties from Mendocino and Placer down to Monterey. When you log into Paragon, you may now search and enter your ‘out of area’ listings directly in Paragon. No need to access BAREIS, MetroList, SFAR and MLSListings as all of the listing information is now available within Paragon.
If you have an active listing entered into BAREIS, Metrolist or San Francisco which was not canceled and reentered into Paragon, please email mlsservices@bayeast.org with your updates as you will no longer have direct access to that listing.
Need help importing contacts or recreating your searches? Tech support is available at 925.730.7100. Read more about the NORCAL MLS Alliance project here.
Austin & Austin Insurance will be taking applications for open enrollment in their group rate medical plans from November 1- 30, 2020.

The California Association of REALTORS® has issued a Red Alert opposing SB 329. This bill will force rental property owners to accept Section 8 vouchers.
C.A.R. opposes SB 329 because some rental property owners may not want to be forced to deal with the regulations, inspections, and bureaucracy associated with some aspects of the Section 8 program.
If SB 329 is defeated, property owners may still accept Section 8 vouchers if they choose to do so.
For more information or to respond to the Red Alert, click here.
We love to help you succeed. Monday morning at 8:12 a.m. you’ll receive an email from Tricia Thomas (via SurveyMonkey) with a link to our annual membership survey. Please take a few minutes of your time to give us your opinion by opening the email and completing the survey. Once you’ve answered all the survey questions, you’ll have the opportunity to enter into a drawing for free 2019/2020 local dues (we’ll send you a $295 check to reimburse your renewed membership).
Your input helps us shape the services and programs we offer. Over 1,800 members provided feedback through the survey last year. You can see some of the new programs we’re offering in 2019, based on member input, in this brief video.
If you don’t receive the SurveyMonkey email, please check your Spam, Clutter (Outlook) or Promotional/Update (Gmail) folder.
We appreciate your willingness and time to help determine the future of Bay East.
