Two scams are targeting real estate professionals. In the first, a scammer impersonating a legitimate buyer’s agent attempts to schedule a showing with the listing agent but not through an established property showing system.
The scammers goal is to gain unauthorized access to the property. In the other example, the scammer impersonating a listing agent attempts to sell a vacant parcel without the owners’ consent. To avoid these scams, be wary of any showing requests that are vague or unusual and be cautious if a listing lacks specific and detailed information.

- On the Certificate column, click on the Arrow to download your Achievement Club Certificate.
Bay East has generated “dollar/volume reports” to identify all REALTOR® members who qualify for an award by meeting the criteria below.

If you feel that you should be placed in a different category and have sales not generated from the Paragon MLS, you will have until Monday, March 20, 2023, to send in backup documentation such as a HUD-1 or a letter from your broker to Amber Carnahan.
