2023 Dues Increase Offers New Member Services and Enhancements
For the 2023/2024 billing cycle Bay East will implement the following CPI increases to dues and fees:
With the addition of a new member portal, website enhancements, security upgrades, and an expanded MLS system, the increase in dues and fees reflects the association’s commitment to offering quality services to our members, while also adapting to changing market conditions and investing in new initiatives that helps members succeed.
As a member, you can attend our free shredding and e-recycling event Friday, June 2. Don’t let old documents and electronics clutter up your space and harm the environment. Registration is not required but truck space is limited, no more than four banker boxes of items. This event is for Bay East members.
