Bay East continues to advocate for changes in the County Shelter in Place Orders to enable members to do business while practicing the social distancing requirements of the Orders. View the letters sent to Alameda and Contra Costa County Health officials on Tuesday, April 28 detailing the compelling reasons real estate professionals need modifications to the Orders to address concerns of both buyers and sellers.

Once you’ve answered all the survey questions, you’ll have the opportunity to enter into a drawing for free 2019/2020 local dues (we’ll send you a $295 check to reimburse your renewed membership).

Your input helps us shape the services and programs we offer. Over 1,800 members provided feedback through the survey last year. You can see some of the new programs we’re offering in 2019, based on member input, in this brief video.
