For 100 years, the Bay East Association of REALTORS® has set the standard for leadership, innovation, professionalism, and service. Save the date for our next milestone: a gala event celebrating Bay East’s 100th anniversary and honoring its leadership on April 14, 2022.

The 2021 Bay East award winners, REALTOR® and Platinum Affiliate members, went above and beyond to help the profession and their communities.

Beginning January 31, the Alameda Member Service location will provide curbside pickup of store products Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. On Wednesday, August 18 at 8:12am you will receive an email from Bay East CEO, Tricia Thomas, about our 2021 Membership survey. Your input helps us shape the services and programs we offer.  Complete the survey by Friday, August 27 and you’ll have the opportunity to enter into a drawing for free 2021/2022 local dues (we’ll send you a $300 check to reimburse your renewed membership).

Voting closes at 2 p.m. on June 25, 2021. We will announce the new Board of Directors and Officers after all of the candidates have been notified of the results.

Every vote counts. If you cast your online vote before midnight on June 16, you can enter a drawing to win a year of FREE local dues for the 2021/2022 billing period. If you have already paid your dues and win the drawing, your account will be credited.

All REALTOR® members in good standing (defined as having all Association and MLS fees paid) are eligible to vote for Officers, At-Large Directors, Affiliate Directors and Directors representing their districts. All Platinum Affiliate members in good standing are eligible to vote for Affiliate Director.

The following is a breakdown of the cities / areas within each district.

North County: Alameda, Berkeley, Oakland and all cities to the North and to the East of these cities. Represented by one Director (no vacancy).
Central County: Hayward, Castro Valley, San Leandro, San Lorenzo and all cities to the West of Hayward. Represented by one Director (no vacancy).
Tri-Cities: Fremont, Newark, Union City, and all cities South of Fremont. Represented by three Directors (one vacancy).
Tri-Valley: Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, Sunol, and all cities to the North of Dublin and East of Livermore. Represented by four Directors (two vacancies).
