Task Forces are created to support the Association’s mission, goals, and strategic priorities as part of a new micro-volunteerism initiative introduced in the reimagined volunteer structure.
These groups focus on a narrow scope with specific objectives or tasks to accomplish. Participation is flexible, with meetings held as needed. Formal agendas or minutes are not required, and a designated lead may oversee the work.
Purpose: Oversee the REALTOR® Achievement Club criteria and program designed to recognize Bay East REALTORS®, who have closed/Leased a certain dollar amount or transaction sides for the year.
