Work Groups are a collection of individuals with a particular expertise that come together to achieve a stated objective with a broader scope and collaborate on multiple aspects of a defined goal.
Work Groups report to the Executive Committee. The Work Group Chair oversees and coordinates all Work Group activity within the scope of the Association’s mission, goals, strategic priorities, action plans, Bylaws, and Corporate Policy and Procedures, and makes recommendations to the Executive Committee.
Work Groups are composed of REALTOR® and Platinum Affiliate Members except where otherwise provided, subject to confirmation by the Board of Directors.

To enhance the awareness of the Affiliate role within the Association, to strengthen the relationships between Affiliates and REALTORS® and to promote the overall professionalism of Affiliate members.

Past Presidents
The Past Presidents Work Group provides guidance to the current Bay East President and Executive Committee on critical issues facing the real estate profession and our association. Members are all Past Presidents with the immediate Past President serving as the chair.

Young Professionals Network
The Young Professional Network Work Group (YPN) act as the voice and advocate for Bay East’s young REALTORS® and Platinum Affiliates, to help develop young real estate professionals through Bay East participation, career advancement, community involvement and the cultivation of future leaders.
