How do I get an authorization code or update code for my eKEY?
On your smartphone, navigate to supraweb.surpakim.com. If the eKEY app is installed, you may also select the SupraWEB icon under the “About eKEY” section in your app. Enter your key serial number, PIN, and select your association/MLS from the dropdown list. Select Login. Select Authorization code is emailed to your email address on file with your association/MLS. You can also contact Member Services at 925.730.4060. Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm or Supra Support seven days a week from 5 am to 7pm.
