Several proposed Bylaw changes related to the Board of Directors election/nomination process went to the membership for vote in 2022 and passed by a wide margin of 81.5%. Those changes were to make all Directors At-large and not elected by District, and to form a Nominating Committee responsible for interviewing and developing a slate of candidates. These Bylaw changes resulted in more candidates in 2023 and 2024 than we have had in the last 10 years.
The Nominating Committee concluded several days of candidate interviews, and they are proud to present the slate of qualified candidates. The election process permits other qualified candidates to petition to be added to the slate. If no petitions are received, the candidate slate is considered elected.
