As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering value to members, Bay East periodically reviews how we’re allocating resources across programs and services. Following that review, the Board of Directors will discontinue management of Bay East’s Marketing Groups — AIMM, CCMG, REAL, TCMC, and VREN — effective June 30, 2026, or earlier depending on each group’s preference.
While we recognize that Marketing Meetings deliver real value, Bay East will no longer manage these groups. This transition creates an opportunity for each group to explore new options and operate with greater flexibility independently. Moving forward, groups will have the freedom to shape and deliver experiences that best serve their unique marketplace and attendees.

- Bay East staff will continue attending meetings when invited to share MLS updates, market news, and advocacy information, and remain committed to partnering with groups as opportunities arise.
What comes next
Each group is working on plans for how best to serve its attendees. Updates will be shared on our website as groups make changes to their structures.
