An Active-Coming Soon Listing at Bay East is considered a “Off-Market” listing that is entered in Paragon.
Seller would like to Market Property before going “Live” on the MLS. By entering the listing in Paragon one (1) business day after you have marketed the property keeps your listing compliant with MLS Clear Cooperation Rule (Sec 7.5.1).
Yes, you may publicly advertise your Active-Coming Soon Listing.
Yes. If a property is entered into Paragon as an Active-Coming Soon listing, agents must have their seller(s) sign the MLSA/Waiver but no longer are required to send in the MLSA/Waiver to the MLS. Note: Per MLS Rule 8.2, the service has the authority to request a copy at its discretion.
1) You may pull the ‘Multiple Listing Service Addendum – 12/25’ form from zipForms®
2) You can use the Bay East Waiver Form.
No, it is a choice to use either form; both forms serve the same purpose.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation within 1-2 business days of submission via email.
DOM and CDOM will count while in Active-Coming Soon status but will refresh to “0” when the listing status is updated to “New/Active”.
Coming Soon Listings may syndicate to third-party websites at the listing agent/broker’s option.
Coming Soon Listings will automatically expire after thirty (30) calendar days.
