No, If a property is entered into Paragon as Active-Coming Soon listing agents are no longer required to send in the SELM/Waiver form.

2) You can use the Bay East Waiver Form
No, it is an option to use either form, both forms serve the same purpose.
Yes, if you submit the SELM/Waiver through the website you will receive an immediate confirmation of receipt. If you send it via email or fax, please allow 1-2 business days for a confirmation of receipt.
No, DOM will not count while the listing is in the status of “Active Coming Soon”
Yes, you are required to submit 1 front exterior photo of the property within 1 day of entering the listing.
No, the Active Coming Soon listing will only be viewable by Paragon Users.
It will stay in this status for up to 30 days, once the 30 days have passed the system will automatically cancel the listing. The status will reflect “Cancelled-Coming Soon”
Yes, you can relist your Cancelled-Coming Soon Listing if the property is going to be a Coming Soon listing longer than 30 days. Please contact Tech Support to walk you through the process on how to Copy/Clone the existing listing.
