The REALTOR® Achievement Club certifications are now available.
How to get your certificate:
- Log in to the My Bay East Portal
- Click on “About Me” tab
- Scroll down to “Achievement Club” Panel
- On the Certificate column, click on the Arrow to download your Achievement Club Certificate.
Bay East has generated “dollar/volume reports” to identify all REALTOR® members who qualify for an award by meeting the criteria below.

| Silver | 17-29 transactions OR $7,750,000-$15,749,999 | 10-24 transactions |
| Gold | 30-49 transactions OR $15,750,000-$38,999,999 | 25-39 transactions |
| Platinum | 50+ transactions OR $39,000,000+ | 40+ transactions |
If you feel that you should be placed in a different category and have sales not generated from the Paragon MLS, you will have until Monday, March 20, 2023, to send in backup documentation such as a HUD-1 or a letter from your broker to Amber Carnahan.
