The following changes to the Coming Soon and Clear Cooperation Rules took effect November 1, 2021. Clear Cooperation Section 7.5.1 text was added to further clarify/define “public” for marketing purposes, and Coming Soon Sections 9.1.1, 10.1 and 10.1.1 updated with C.A.R.
