UPDATE your Supra eKEY application with the most recent version available in the Apple App Store BEFORE updating your iPhone or iPad to the new iOS 13. Apple will release the new operating system (iOS 13) on Thursday, September 19 and you may not be able to access lockboxes if you use a previous version of the eKEY app with iOS 13.
