MLS
Posted on June 26, 2020

Major Update to HomeSpotter App Revealing Usage Activity on Monday, June 29th

HomeSpotter has updated its app in a new release that adds a new Activity Feed. Using the new tab, agents gain access to a stream of activities including consumer usage that they can use to better understand how their app is being used. See when users are adding or hiding listings and get alerts on status changes for your own favorited properties.

Agents can use events to better understand clients’ needs and to add value with timely suggestions and their expert advice. More usage events will roll out in subsequent releases throughout the remainder of 2020.

The HomeSpotter app is free for all agents and their clients to use. It can be downloaded here, and is available for Android and iOS devices.

To learn more about the app and this update, please register for an upcoming training session hosted by HomeSpotter:

  • July 8th, 12pm
  • July 15th, 2pm
