Committees are the backbone of our organization, providing oversight on policies, budgets, and strategic initiatives. These permanent groups meet regularly to support Bay East’s mission, goals, and priorities. Each committee is led by a Chair and includes REALTOR® and Platinum Affiliate Members who are appointed annually.

Task Forces are dynamic, short-term teams created to address specific priorities or challenges that support Bay East’s mission, goals, and strategic initiatives. These groups are established by leadership, including the Board of Directors, President, or Committee Chairs, and report to the appropriate governing body or committee. Task Forces are project-focused and action-driven, allowing members to make a significant impact within a defined timeframe.
