CAR will be releasing new forms on July 24 related to the NAR settlement. These forms are available at car.org on July 10 to review before the release date. The most significant change is the removal of the broker-to-broker offer of compensation that is in the current forms. C.A.R. is hosting townhalls July 10, 11, 12 , 16, 17, and 19 to answer questions about these changes. Townhall registration is at on.car.org/townhall (login required).
