Our team is committed to helping provide opportunities for our members to succeed throughout their real estate careers.
MLS / Member Services
The Membership / MLS Team is responsible for ensuring that our members receive the best in member support, fostering relationships with other organizations and enforcing professional standards in regards to NAR’s Code of Ethics and MLS Rules.
Our Technical Support Team interacts with our members to provide them with information on products and services as well as resolve technical issues. They also perform in-house computer repairs and servicing.
The Finance Team is responsible for managing the expenditures, deposits, and investments of the Association as well as reporting these transactions to the Leadership Team.
The Public Affairs Team helps local community leaders, media, and public understand real estate issues and works to include the REALTOR® perspective in the development of public policy.
Education / Training
The Education and Technical Training Team is responsible for educating our members about real estate related topics and furthering their professional development.
Marketing / Communications
The Marketing Team is responsible for reaching out and engaging with our members through various communication channels.
North County Service Center
The staff at the North County Service Center located in Alameda, ready to help all Bay East members in the northern part of the SF/Bay Area.
