Starting June 27, Bay East members with a Supra key will be able open Supra lockboxes on thousands of listings in the California Regional MLS (CRMLS) area without having to join CRMLS. You can already search for listings on CRMLS using your current Bay East MLS subscription. Now you can access Supra lockboxes on those listings, as well. Check out this map of the CRMLS coverage area and a list of associations which have the Supra Lockboxes.

FAQs:
Q: How do I access CRMLS listings?
A: You can search for CRMLS listings by logging onto the Paragon MLS and clicking on the CRMLS link. We hope that by the end of September, all CRMLS data will be included in the Paragon system.
Q: What’s different about opening a Supra lockbox on a listing in these other areas?
A: Nothing. You can open a lockbox in these other areas using the same procedures you already know.
Q: Do I have to pay a fee to open Supra lockboxes on CRMLS listings?
A: No. The agreement with CRMLS states that Bay East members will not be charged a fee to open Supra lockboxes on CRMLS listings.
Q: How will I know what kind of lockbox will be on a listing in the areas served by CRMLS
A: The majority of properties in the CRMLS system use Supra Lockboxes. It is our understanding that the Pacific Southwest and North San Diego County REALTOR® associations use the SentriLock lockbox.
Q: What if a listing in one of the CRMLS Associations has a SentriLock lockbox on it?
A: Ask the listing agent which REALTOR® association provided the SentriLock lockbox and then contact that association for information about accessing the lockbox.
Q: Where can I find lockbox information for other areas in northern California?
A: A summary of lockbox access information for almost 20 northern California counties is on the Bay East website at https://bayeast.org/infobycounty/.
