In this interactive class, participants will learn what to do before an offer is made, while an offer is made, and after an offer is made. Through discussion and practical exercises, participants will become familiar with what the seller is looking for in a winning offer and then structure the best purchase offer so it can become the seller’s #1 choice of offers.
Your Instructor: Mony Nop-”a master at networking, a top producing agent at Keller Williams in Livermore, and a survivor of the Killing Fields of Cambodia. He is also a motivational speaker, an author, a former Livermore police officer for 17 years. Mony is also the founder of the Mony Nop Foundation (focused on youth leadership) and co-founder of Tri-Valley Nonprofit Alliance (focused on nonprofits connecting and sharing resources). Mony has been featured on CBS Early Show and ABC Extreme Make Over-Home Edition for his community service. Some of his awards include the Good Neighbors Award from Bay East Association of Realtors in 2014, the Good Neighbors Award from National Association of Realtors in 2017 and the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Legacy Award in 2018.
