Code of Ethics Training
In an ongoing effort to raise the level of professionalism and ethics in the real estate industry the National Association of REALTORS® has instituted a mandatory “Code of Ethics 3‐Year Training Cycle”. Every REALTOR® Member is required to complete an approved ethics training every three years. The deadline for this cycle is December 31, 2021. If your license expires in 2022 you will need to complete a course on the Code of Ethics before December 31, 2021. If your license expires in 2020 or 2021 the DRE Continuing Education required Ethics to renew your license fulfills the requirement. If you have questions about this requirement, please contact MemberServices@bayeast.org.
Once registered, on the following business day, you will access this class and any necessary materials via your Bay East on Demand dashboard. This class must be attended at the time scheduled; a recording will not be available afterward.
