Step 1

Take a pre-licensing course and pass the real estate exam with the CA Department of Real Estate.

Step 2

Join a brokerage.

Step 3

Complete the Bay East New Member Application.

Step 4

Once your application is approved, we will contact you for payment.

Attend the New Member Orientation and Code of Ethics classes within 30 days of approval and payments.  MLS Subscribers must also attend the MLS Basics class.

Step 6

Review and take advantage of the Member Benefits Bay East offers to help you succeed in your career as a real estate professional.

Affiliate membership are individuals engaged in activities related to the real estate profession who do not have a license and are not considered a REALTOR®.
