2008 Achievement Club Awards Criteria Change
The REALTOR® Achievement Club is an awards program designed to recognize all Bay East REALTOR® who have used the MLS and closed more than $3 million in Residential and/or Commercial Sales/Listings or 8-16 units for the year.
Achievement Club members benefit from the opportunity to be recognized for their outstanding professional performance by:
- Displaying their recognition awards in presentation books and in the office.
- Receiving community press coverage as a top producer.
- Enjoying recognition from their peers, clients, Affiliates and the general public.
Following is the revised criteria for the 2008 Awards.

| Master | 17 - 29 | $6,000,001 - $11,000,000 |
| Grand Master | 30 - 49 | $11,000,001 - $25,000,000 |
| Pinnacle | 50+ | $25,000,000+ |
Applications for the 2008 Achievement Club Awards will be available in November and December on the Bay East website and in the Bay East REALTOR® Magazine.
